International Barrier Technology Announces Directors and Officers

Barrier Technology published a press release announcing the current Board of Directors and Officers.  The elected Board of Directors are Mr. David Corcoran, Dr. Michael Huddy, and Mr. Victor Yates.  Mr. Craig Roberts has elected not to stand for re-election.  The Board reappointed Michael Huddy as CEO and appointed Ms. Melissa McElwee to CFO as David Corcoran stepped down as CFO (David will remain on the Board of Directors and continue to assist management).  Click HERE to read the full release.
