Financial Results for Fiscal Year-Ended June 30, 2012 published

Barrier filed the Annual 10-K report on Friday, September 28th releasing financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012.  To view the full report, click HERE.

Additional information released by US Census Bureau, NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), and the September Zillow Home Price Expectation Survey all support the potential recovery in the housing industry over the next few years.  Barrier experienced significant sales volumes growth the past fiscal year.  We are prepared on the manufacturing side and hopeful that with improvement in the housing industry, Barrier's sales will also continue on a strong growth path over the next few years.  We are also hopeful we will pick up more market share from competitive products through sales and marketing efforts from our partners LP® Building Products which sells the Barrier manufactured product LP® FlameBlock Fire-Rated OSB Sheathing for use in multi-family residential, wall assemblies, and structural insulated panel markets; and MuleHide Products Inc which sells the Barrier manufactured product MuleHide FR Deck Panel for use in the commercial modular market.

Stay tuned...
