LP® FlameBlock® Featured in new issue of Engineered Wood

The newest issue of Engineered Wood, released June 30 - features LP® FlameBlock® Fire-Rated OSB Sheathing in a mixed-use residential and retail structure. Grimm + Parker Architects designed the 400,000 sq ft mixed use building that is located just outside the University of Maryland campus. FlameBlock® was selected to meet a 2 hr fire-rated wall assembly requirement while reducing labor and material costs.
