Lousiana-Pacific Corporation Acquires Anisworth

Yesterday, it was announced that LP will acquire Ainsworth - a large manufacturer of OSB serving North America and Asia.  LP is already a key leader in OSB manufacturing in North America.  This acquisition will add an additional 2.5 billion square feet to LP's current capacity and position them well for the projected growth in housing starts over the next few years.  Click HERE to view the full announcement.
